Sixty thousand pounds has a businessman been fined for, after he had ordered a worker to clean an machine that was moving, which ended up trapping and mangling the worker's arm while he attempted to perform the request.
Amputated was the worker's arm after this particular incident had occurred and the worker at Islip Furnace industrial estate over in Ketterin Road, is surely not wrong in looking for some form of compensation.
Operations to repair the damage of another worker's arm are still being undertaken at the moment. This boss is clearly unfit to employ.
