For workplace accidents, many a company avoids prosecution

Who can deny that a company would surely not want to have to spend any money on paying for injuries that had been inflicting onto one of their workers during one of their routine processes at they place of work?
This does not mean that it is impossible for one to get the money that they deserve when it is that they had been harmed while on the work site.
There are processes to be followed, as well as procedures to be maintained, but we all need to make sure that we deal with every matters, professionally.
